Hi folks.  This is my first blog so feeling a little nervous and excited. Not much has happened today. My humans got up late and I had to keep the meowing noise quite high as my breakfast bowl was empty.  I'm not sure whether the cat from next door comes in during the night and eats anything left in the bowl, but I don't mind if he is hungry, and hasn't got very kind humans like mine to look after him.

After breakfast I had to ask for the conservatory to be opened as I like to sleep there for a few hours if the day is sunny.  10.30 came the sound of coffee cups, so I stirred myself and gave a few pitiful meows (it always works) for my Dreamies treat.  Then it was another long sleep until mid afternoon when my lovely human mum and her husband wanted to sit there for a while, so I was turfed off and was made to sit on the elephant cushion.  I gave them a look but it didn't seem to move them!

After dinner the conservatory was shut up and so I made my way up to one of the beds.  I  follow the sun round so I can usually be found sleeping in one or other of the four bedrooms. Another little bite to eat followed about 7 (I eat dried food) very good for my figure and always washed down with a glass of water kept on the work surface.  I'm very fussy about the vessels from which I eat and drink, and I demand fresh cold water regularly from my humans.

Well bedtime, and waiting for my human mother to get her fleece dressing gown for me to sleep on.  We share it.  It's rather nice as she wears a great perfume and dressing gown always smells good.  She doesn't seem to worry about the hairs I leave behind at this time of the year.  I rather think that I have trained her well.  Not so sure about my human master as he is rather inclined to shout at me if I don't do exactly  as he says.
